Minimum Requirements
To be eligible for the Eskom YES Learnership Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Must be a South African citizen
Be between 18 and 34 years old
Have Grade 12 (Matric) or an equivalent qualification and/or a post-matric certificate or programme
Must not be studying full-time during the year of employment
Must not have been permanently employed with one employer for more than 12 continuous months
Must not have previously participated in a YES Programme initiative
Applicants who meet these requirements will be considered for placement, subject to the recruitment and selection process.
