A reputable market research and data solutions company is currently recruiting experienced Call Centre Agents to work remotely from home on various survey and market research campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior call centre experience who are confident communicators and comfortable working independently in a home-based environment.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking for flexible working hours, remote employment, and the ability to earn through commission-based or basic plus commission structures, depending on performance and project requirements.
Successful candidates will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to members of the public to participate in surveys and research projects. These campaigns are non-sales related and focus on gathering opinions, feedback, and data for research purposes. Agents must maintain professionalism, accuracy, and excellent communication throughout each interaction.
Work is conducted entirely from home, making this role suitable for disciplined individuals with a reliable setup and the ability to manage their own productivity.
Applicants must be fluent in English and at least one additional South African language, such as:
Afrikaans
isiZulu
Sesotho
isiXhosa
Multilingual candidates will have a strong advantage during the selection process.

✔ Proven call centre experience (essential)
✔ Fluent verbal communication skills
✔ A PC or laptop running Windows 10 or 11
✔ A USB headset with microphone
✔ Fast and reliable internet connection
✔ A quiet and professional home working environment
✔ Ability to meet targets and work independently
Payment Structure: Commission-based or Basic Salary + Commission
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Optional Saturdays available to increase earning potential
