About the Position

The Admin Controller will capture data, update technical documentation and perform general office administration. The role also provides administrative support to the Manager and other employees in the department.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for:

Performing general office administration to support the daily running of the office.
Requisitioning stationery and assisting with staff administration.
Arranging travel for the Manager and staff when required.
Monitoring departmental training requirements, scheduling training and ensuring that required training does not lapse.
Taking meeting minutes and preparing statistical graphs and reports.
Investigating budget discrepancies and arranging for their rectification on a weekly basis.
Coordinating staff administration and travel arrangements as required by the Manager.
Arranging meetings and taking and typing minutes.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants should have:

Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification.
Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of MIS and SAP.

Knowledge and Skills

Candidates should have basic financial skills, good telephone etiquette and typing skills. Advanced knowledge and practical use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint are also required.
