Dynamic Visual Technologies IT and Finance Learnerships

Learnerships play an essential role in helping South Africans enter the job market. In line with SETA guidelines, a learnership combines classroom-based learning with hands-on workplace experience. Participants earn a monthly stipend and, after successful completion, receive a nationally recognised qualification.

Duties and Responsibilities

If selected, learners will be responsible for:

Finishing all necessary classes and coursework.

Taking part in hands-on learning activities.

Helping the IT or Finance groups with simple office and tech duties.

Helping to enter, look at, and present information.

Getting familiar with and using new computer programs and work methods.

Going to required classes and tests.

Acting in a professional way and showing a real desire to learn.

Following directions to fulfill the program’s needs.

What is a Learnership?

According to seta is a structured learning program that combines theoretical knowledge with practical work experience. It is designed to provide individuals with the skills and qualifications they need to succeed in their chosen field.

Minimum Requirements:

To qualify, applicants must meet the following:

Must have Matric (Grade 12) or minimum Grade 10

Must be unemployed

Must NOT be studying at a tertiary institution

Strong academic performance is an added advantage

Passion for Technology or Finance

Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Ability to work hard and commit to a full 12-month programme

Good communication and problem-solving skills
