Purpose Statement
To receive, direct and assist external and internal clients
To coordinate and administrate processes and the tidiness of the main reception and meeting rooms

Experience
Min:

At least 2 years’ experience in administrative processes

 

Qualifications (Minimum)
Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

 

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
Knowledge

Admin systems knowledge
Basic business and accounting knowledge
Client and reception interaction

Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
