DETAILS ABOUT THE LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME:

Location: South Africa (Nationwide)

Duration: 1 Year

Start date: the Programme will commence in August 2022 and end in July 2023

Related education is offering a learnership opportunity to candidates interested in entering the working world. This programme aims to equip candidates with the necessary skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a wide variety of career avenues with the Customer care and retail environment.

The programme aims to expose the Candidates to aspects of Admin, Engineering, Human Resources, Information Technology, Logistics, Management, Marketing, Sales, Skills development, and more. The candidates will engage in practical (in-store) and theoretical (classroom) training and will receive a certificate from Wholesale and Retail SETA upon the completion of the programme.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

Must be a South African resident
Must have completed Matric / Grade 12
Must be between the ages of 20-30 years old
Must have a valid drivers license/ be available for travel

Must be committed to the entire duration of the programme
Must be passionate about people
Must be hardworking
Must be helpful and a team player
