Occupational Certificate in Supply Chain Practitioner NQF 5

Value Group is committed to improving access to education and training for unemployed youth. Our learnership programme is designed to equip participants with an Occupational Qualification, helping them develop the skills needed to become employable in the Logistics and Supply Chain Operational sector.

The programme will take place from 2nd March 2026 to 28th February 2027 .

Below are the details of the structured 12-month learnership programme, designed to provide hands-on experience and training in the Logistics and Supply Chain sector.

Recruitment and Selection Process

• Face-to-face Interview: The interview process is panel-based at the relevant region.
• Literacy and Numeracy Assessment: You will be required to complete assessments to determine your proficiency.
• Criminal Check: A background check will be conducted.

Learnership Structure

• Classroom Training: You will attend theoretical and practical training one week per month.
• Work Schedule: You will work Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 17:00, with possible overtime as needed.
• EISA Examination: You will need to write the EISA exam at the end of the programme.
• Workplace Experience: Workplace experience will be gained in an operational environment.
• Monthly Stipend: A stipend will be provided for the purpose of travel to the site where the learner will be housed.

Minimum Requirements

• Age: Applicants must be between 21 and 29 years old.
• Education: Matric Certificate with a 50% pass rate.
