Minimum Requirements for Training

▪ National Senior Certificate (Matric).

 A relevant Hospitality Qualification is Advantageous

• At least One year Experience working in 3 or 4 Star Hotel

▪ Avail yourself in training for 12 conservative days , located in Durban

• Must be a South African Citizen

▪ Sober Habit and Non Smoker

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ensure queries and problems are timeously resolved and accurately.

▪ Assist departments when required.

• Take responsibility for service request administration (recovering costs or charges)

▪ Identify , evaluate and solve defined? routine and new problems with a familiar contexts.

• Demonstrate an understanding of the consequences.

▪ Ensure that all front of house and firm event are delivered at the level required in terms of the dictates of the practise.
