Job Purpose:

• To ensure a reliable duty by assisting RME Construction teams during maintenance and construction works in Track
• To ensure that work is completed effectively and efficiently performing general work duties

 

QUALIFICATIONS , SKILLS AND COMPETENCE  REQUIRED

• Minimum Grade 9/6 months experience
• Physically fit, (Undergo medical examination and be declared fit for duty)
• have good eyesight and hearing
• be alert and safety conscious,
• as well as able to communicate in English
• Be able to work under adverse weather conditions.
• Be prepared to work extended hours on short notice.
• Willing to relocate or work outside your designated depot.
• Be able to work in confined spaces.
• Be prepared to work at heights.
• Be prepared to engage in physical labour.
• Health and  Safety oriental
• Be prepared to work on noise environmental area

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• carry out all tasks as set out by the Supervisor/Team Leader
• Be punctual and must be of sober habits
• Work to be completed within time, quality and safety

• Proof of residential address to be attached on the application
• Certified Copy of (ID) must be attached
• Certified copy of School report must be attached
• If the above documents not attached, application will be doomed or declared Invalid
