The successful candidate will report to the Manager: Business Development and assist with coordinating multiple group reservations, responding to passenger inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for all clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Booking and coordinating group travel efficiently
• Handling calls, emails, and other communications from passengers and prospective clients
