About the Learnership

The Warehouse Admin Learnership is a structured 12-month program aimed at providing unemployed South African youth with the opportunity to develop critical workplace skills in warehouse administration. Successful candidates will work under the guidance of experienced professionals at EMVAfrica’s Kyalami facility, gaining practical experience while completing theoretical training. The program is designed to empower participants with the knowledge and expertise needed to excel in the logistics and administrative sectors, culminating in a nationally accredited qualification that can open doors to future career opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

To be eligible for this learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

Must have completed Grade 12 with a minimum pass of 40% in Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy and two South African languages.

A Diploma or Degree in Logistics or Business Administration is advantageous but not mandatory.

Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.

Employment Status: Must be unemployed at the time of application.

Age: Must be between 18 and 30 years old.

Criminal Record: Must have no criminal record.

Study Status: Candidates must not be enrolled in any formal full-time studies during the learnership.

Commitment: Must be willing to commit to the full 12-month duration of the program.

Previous Learnerships: Must not have previously completed the same learnership at another company or organization.

These requirements ensure that candidates are well-suited to fully engage with the program and benefit from the opportunities it provides.

 



Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Admin Learnership participant, you will:

Actively participate in all aspects of the learnership program, including both practical and theoretical components.

Complete all required assessments and assignments to demonstrate your understanding and competency in warehouse administration tasks.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to gain hands-on experience in real-world warehouse operations.

Adhere to EMVAfrica’s workplace policies and procedures, maintaining professionalism and a commitment to learning.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop skills in inventory management, administrative processes, and logistics operations while contributing to the efficiency of EMVAfrica’s warehouse environment.

Stipend

Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend of R7,500 for the duration of the 12-month learnership. This financial support is designed to assist participants in focusing on their training and professional development without financial strain.
