POST: Queue Marshall X4 (Six Months Contract)
SALARY: R6 083.70 per month

 

 

REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 or Senior Certificate and 0-6 months experience in customer relations.
Knowledge: Batho Pele Principles, Customer Care.
Skills: Communication, interpersonal and customer relations

 

 

DUTIES
Manage the que within the Labour Centre and satellite office. Screen applications of clients and provide advice on incomplete documents, Issue and collect UI forms, Ensure compliance to Covid 19 protocols.
