CALL CENTRE AGENTS

We’re looking for energetic and motivated people to work in our dynamic Fashion Call Centre in the city of Cape Town. Applicants should be able to work shifts and should have access to reliable transport .

 

Call Centre Operating Hours:

Monday to Sunday: 08:00 am – 21:00 pm – rotational shifts (Including public holidays)

Key requirements and competencies:

• Excellent customer relations and people skills
• Excellent communication skills and writing skills In English
• The ability to work independantly on a fast paced environment
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• An ability to focus and concentrate
• Proactive, self-motivated and flexible
• Problem solving skills
• Basic PC skills
• Minimum education level- Grade 12
