Assiting customer with all medical related queries
Keeping customers up to date with queries
Excellent customer service
Needs to speak Afrikaans,Xhosa, Zulu, Sesotho, Tswana and Sepedi

Matric essential
Own transport
Telephone ettiquette
3 – 4 years experience within a medical aid environment
